About Business line/Function: |
Within BNP Paribas, we are RISK and we are responsible for calculating providing Market and Credit Risk to traders, marketers, trade analysts and risk analysts. We are looking for a Support Analyst to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, email, chat and other support channels as required. You shall serve as the first point-of-contact (Level 1): your role will be to receive, to record and understand users’ issues, to fix known issues, to co-ordinate with other teams to fix issue and to then communicate the resolution to the user. You will analyze all available sources of information, as well as liaising with colleagues to obtain technical knowledge in order to ensure quick resolutions. You need to think about possible improvement in current system-based incident and propose improvement ideas to team (Monitoring/Automation etc.) |

Position Purpose | |||||

Þ The Development team is a team within the IFS Sydney division responsible for the development and enhancement of applications owned by IT department. · Technical pre-requisites: Must Have: · Hands-on Experience in C#, ASP.NET Webforms, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WEB API and Entity Framework, ADO.Net · Experience in scripting languages JavaScript (ECMA 5 & 6), Jquery, AngularJs, and Angular 1.X. · Hands-on experience in MS SQL Server 2016 database design and development (including Stored Procedures, Functions Triggers, Views, TSQLT Unit test cases.) · Experience in CSS, Bootstrap, Angular Material · Strong experience in XSLT and XML · Familiarity with Source Control branching strategies · At least 2 years of experience in Agile (Scrum/XP) and Scaled Agile Framework · Hands-on experience in documenting Analysis and Design documents
