Job Title: Vice President

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties: With a focus on the products traded in the Americas, participate in the global research and development effort on the modeling of equity financing products. Design end to end solution and implement new pricing, hedging, and risk or resources management tools and methodologies, including improving existing ones. Validate changes to methodologies and models for financing activities. Support the desk on issues related to risk, pricing, and trades. Train the desk on models and best practices around them. Play an active role in front office activities by collaborating with other functions (Trading, Sales, IT, and Market Risk) and research globally. Maintain open communication with team, direct line management, and senior management to fulfill firm notification requirements and pass on client concerns. Participate to the leadership of the platform.

SALARY:   $165,000.00 USD - $220,000.00 USD / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Finance, Operations Research, or a related field and two (2) years of  experience in job offered or related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Finance, Operations research, or a related field and four (4) years of  experience in job offered or related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with the following: Developing trading, pricing, risk, and PnL analytics related to Equity Financing or Stock Loan; producing production-ready code with respect to modeling, analytical, and pricing tools; validating data and automating processes using Python or C++ or C# in a financial services environment; and collaborating with the business to gather requirements and developing technologies and models to meet business needs.
