This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in how we tell our story, demonstrate our expertise, and win work that matters.

A background in property is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your ability to manage bids with precision, build trusted relationships across the business, and translate complex information into clear, client-focussed content.

What you’ll do

Lead the delivery of Commercial, Rural and Residential pitches

Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted bid specialist

Guide and embed best practice in the pitch processes and proposal development

Write and refine persuasive, structured responses where required

Deliver debriefs and apply lessons learned to drive future success

Coach and support colleagues to strengthen pitch quality across the business

Continuously improve tools, templates, and standards to raise bid performance

Work in close collaboration with the wider Marketing & Communications team

What you’ll bring

Proven bid management experience, ideally within a professional services setting

A strong track record of winning work through high-quality, strategic submissions

Excellent communication and writing skills, with a sharp eye for structure and tone

Ability to influence, collaborate, and build confidence across all levels of the business

Strong project management skills and a calm, organised approach to deadlines

A mindset focussed on continuous improvement and innovation in how we pitch

Why join us

You’ll be central to how we grow – leading the charge on pitches that open new doors, win high-value work, and showcase the very best of our business. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
