Manager Post-Integration and Transition (all genders) at BNP Paribas Wealth Management

As part of the acquisition of HSBC Private Banking in Germany, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager Post-Integration and Transition (all genders) to join our team on short notice. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of operations, with a strong focus on strategic alignment, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence within a project of high strategic relevance to the Group.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Lead the Day 1 Readiness Taskforce and coordinate all related activities across workstreams
  • Oversee and track post-migration activities across all streams, ensuring timely execution and alignment
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to WM ExCo Germany and the BNPP Integration Board
  • Coordinate and manage Repapering activities
  • Track and support IT implementations post-migration, including issue resolution and escalation
  • Support bug fixing and manage client-related hot topics
  • Drive the further development of the EBICS target structure within WM
  • Plan and execute training and enablement measures for teams post-migration

 

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

 

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Highly structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing high complexity environments and multi-stakeholder settings
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, operations, and business processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience in integration, change management, or transformation projects is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
