Missions, team and working environment

CIB ITO teams design, maintain, and evolve CIB’s information systems and applications. As the leading investment bank in Europe within the EMEA region, we support our corporate clients in their development by offering strategic advisory services and bestinclass access to financing and transactional banking solutions. Depending on the business line you join, you will be based in Paris, Pantin, or Montreuil.

Your responsibilities

You will play an active role in CIB ITO activities. Application Production Support ensures the smooth running of applications, both from a technical and functional perspective, for a specific business line or application chain.
You will be responsible for maintaining services in operational condition, ensuring the proper functioning of processes and applications. You will also manage the different application versions within your scope, continuously improving service quality and user experience, while promoting DevOps solutions to reduce delivery lead times.

Key activities

As part of this role, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:

• Provide technical and functional support to users while monitoring the application’s technical and functional components.
• Orchestrate and manage application versions within your scope.
• Create and maintain application documentation, including operational procedures.
• Analyze, measure and improve the performance of the application’s technical and functional components.
• Perform technical integration of applications using existing products and services in order to reduce implementation timelines.

• Manage functional change requests and contribute to processes related to the activity.

• Fixed annual salary paid over 12 months: €50,000 gross

Are you our next Graduate Tech CIB – Application Production Support (M/F)?

The Graduate Program is open to candidates with less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships), with a maximum of 24 months of postgraduation experience.

You have:

• A Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or equivalent university, specialized in IT.
• A strong passion for new technologies.
• The ability and willingness to work with multicultural, local and remote teams.
• An interest in corporate finance
• Proficiency in French (B2 level or above) and fluency in English (C1 level or above)

Required technical skills

• Knowledge of IT operations tools, such as job schedulers, AxwayTransferCFT middleware, and production tools like ServiceNow.
• Understanding ofIT infrastructures, scripting languages (Python, Shell, SQL) and DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and IT production resilience procedures.
