Position Purpose: 

DevSecOps Engineer working on Toolchain and vulnerabilities management activities

As a DevSecOps Engineer we expect you to have expert knowledge regarding the security management of docker images.

Your main objective is to ensure production, maintainability and security compliance of functional, technical and editor docker images. 

For this mission you will work closely with developers from all around the world to reach the security level expected by the BNP Paribas group security teams and provide those developers with fresh and supported images regarding new needs. 

You will work with and report technical activities to BNP Paribas Cardif corporate team acting as Cloud DEVOPS COE. You will be included as an extended team of the DevSecOps corporate team and included in necessary agile rituals.

You will organize and keep track of every activity you are responsible for providing weekly feedback to Cloud DEVOPS COE team including production of your local KPI, and to classify/organize requests and topics to consider priorities and key subjects. This will include a regularly updated list of all available images (Bi-monthly at least) and regular communication of this list and the last changes to developers’ teams, including alerting teams about the use of obsolete images. 

You will potentially be delegated access to update image references and then launch CI/CD toolchain of eligible application to confirm the validity of the new docker image.

• Using developers’ best practices (Craft, Solid, etc.) and continuous improvement 
• Making sure development security is aligned with security recommendations 
• Update, launch CI, and ensure the technical expected behavior of eligible applications by delegation of developers’ teams
