Position Purpose | |
グループのIT戦略、スタンダードおよびポリシーに基づき、高い技術力をベースとしたシステム開発およびシステム間のインテグレーションをリード、実装し、IT全体の目標達成および計画通りプロジェクト実行に貢献する。既存プロセスの課題を洗い出し、より効率的かつコストメリットのあるITソリューションを提案し、実行する。IT部門内外およびグループのステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築するとともに、綿密なコミュニケーションをもとにした合意形成を自ら構築し、実行する。日本のIT技術リーダとしての自覚を持ち、IT部門メンバに自身の経験およびスキルを還元する。

Position Purpose | |
Taking responsibility about contributing project execution as planned and achieving all IT goals by strong leadership for system development and integration with your advanced IT knowledge and skills based on group IT strategies, standards and policies. By draw out improving points of existing process, propose more efficient and reasonable IT solution and execute. Building positive relationship with stakeholders not only inside IT members, and proceed activities by closed proactive communications. Be aware of as Technical lead in Cardif Japan IT、give back you knowledge and skill for IT members. | |
