About Business line/Function: 

One of the three international Regional  centres, BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt Ltd (ISPL) provides IT  services to global clients in the Asia Pacific, European region as per the “follow-the-sun”  model . Our services include the production support to custody operations, fund accounting, middle office operations, static data management, IRP and other transversal services. Investment Fund Services (IFS) APS handles Application  support to Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Data Admin & Repository, Hedge fund Services, Client Reporting and Investment performance reporting”)

Position Purpose: 

The role is to render Production support services for the business users across APAC, Europe and America. The position also requires continuous monitoring of applications, Interfaces and other tools. The job objective is to provide to solutions on the day today business. Business Domain is Fund Services and requires complete understanding of the business functions and application nuances.

¡ Collaborate with Operation team for queries resolution.

¡ Diagnose and troubleshoot system to resolve defects. 

¡ Manage stakeholders expectation.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Hands on with Financial & Securities Market.

• Have a good understanding of the Fund accounting and it’s workflow..

• Clear understanding of the nature of secutires and it’s life cycle.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

¡ Basic and awareness on Capital Markets, Securities Services

¡ Knowledge of Mutual Funds workflow and operations will be an advantage

¡ Communication Skills

Specific Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-8  years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in management, finance,  economics, related field or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in Financial services domain.

• Willingness to worki in shifts. (APAC & EMEA)

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• SQL (good to have)
• PowerBi (good to have)
