About the job
360 RISK OP isa strategic project for the Group, it represents all components of theOperational Risk Framework, a project launched few years ago with a neworganization in Agile/Squad mode with the main representatives of RISK, ITG,Businesses and Functions of the whole Group.
Your Main Activities Are
- monitor the Organizational Referential (eSOP) and theHabilitation module (My Account) with the objective to ensure the operationalintegration within the Business Lines/Functions of the newmethodologies/procedures in conjunction with the Methodology Manager and theReferential Project Manager.
- Provide with Second Level support for all questionslinked to the use of eSOP/My Account modules (Requests on Adaptation,deactivation, Modification, Analysis with ORM N&M of the requests)
- Monitor Incident and Evolution Requests
- Preparation and features priorization with ORMN&M, Businesses and ITG
- Functional Test of Evolutions and issues correction
- You willparticipate in the Business-as-usual tasks: communication with customers,presentation of plannings, recovery and implementation of authorizations,training.

- You are organized, rigorous and enjoy working as a team.
- Your level of English isadvanced both orally and in writing. French is highly appreciated.
- You have an IT orientedmindset
- You have goodcommunication to deliver your messages to all types of people.
About the team
As part of the new RISK ORM organization (Group-level grouping of the RISK ORC Group and RISK ORC ICT departments), 3 new RISK ORM divisions have been created representing the entire RISK ORM function within the RISK function:
- RISK ORMFramework
- RISK ORMTechnology & Transversal Risks
- RISK ORMNetwork
Within theRISK ORM Framework, you will be part of the RISK ORM Solutions team.
RISK ORMSolutions is a team whose activities are application and project managementrelated to operational risk management and reporting for the entire BNPP group.
The team comprises about 50 people (20 interns and about 30 external assistants)
Our teaminteracts with many players (methodology, IT, group reporting, compliance,etc.), but also with many divisions and businesses (CIB, IPS, CPBS, etc.).
We are operating in an international context, as certain users and project contacts may be in all the group’s locations.
