About Business line/Function:
ISPL CIO BM team is a part of IT Steering & Governance function in ISPL. This function is responsible for managing Headcount, Budgets, Governance for all of IT
Position Purpose
A Business Management associate who will take be responsible for collating data, creating dashboards, circulating reports to internal stakeholders.
Direct Responsibilities
• Work on HC dashboard, budget management, weekly/ monthly reporting of various data points
• Has knowledge on Budgeting, HC forecasting
• Based on management need from time to time, collect data, create template and perform meaningful analysis of data to arrive at key metrics
• Generate monthly reports and distribute the same to the internal stakeholders
• Prepare regular management presentations
• Be analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and solve problems across multiple projects
• Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework
• Ability to work independently
Contributing Responsibilities
• Prepare executive presentations for Sr. Management
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
• Coordinate with different departments (e.g., Project Services, Performance Management, HR etc.) to gather and analyze the information
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:
• Experience in Business Management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Essential to have - extremely good Excel skills with knowledge of Macros and ability to automate basic tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of PowerBI / similar tool are good to have
• Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills
• Ability to manage change with ease
• Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively
• Fluency in communication. A good command on both verbal & written is essential for articulation.
