About Business line/Function:

CIB Client Engagement and Financial Security IT having focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC, Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential, Transaction monitoring, Data & Document Platform.  

Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms, custom developed as well as commercial products. Teams are in EUR, NA, India working in a distributed mode following Agile practices, CI-CD DevSecOps Practices with focus on Automation Testing coverage, monitoring tools, observability

Position Purpose

Business Management Role for CEFS IT CIO Office in Mumbai

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

 

§  Active participation to the management of the CEFS Ops hiring plan, being in position to validate as a first step requests coming from local managers from a budget point of view

§  Single point of contact for Headcount updates at worldwide level analysing gap analysis produced by the Finance Monitoring team

§  Resource classification by budget envelopes to do within CEFS internal tool, waterfall to produce (showing ramp up/ramp down as per budget envelopes granted to the platform

§  Reinvoicing from near/offshore locations to onshore hubs to control, ensuring an alignment with CEFS internal tool statement

§  Headcount trajectory to update (day to day basis) following catch up alignment with local managers

§  Integration and follow up of all efficiencies to do per locations, ad hoc reporting to produce for CEFS Senior Management

§  Referential management and data quality within CEFS internal tool

§  Finance monthly closing to prepare and present to Cluster Heads, remediation plan to put in place in case of gap identified (Headcount or P&L)

§  Active participation to the baseline definition managing budget transfer in/out related to CEFS Ops scope

§  Ad hoc reporting to produce

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

ü  Strong understanding of project management & change management principles.

ü  Competent in Microsoft Excel to build / develop spreadsheets and build data models/ data analysis

ü  Experience in creating presentations with an eye for detail & accuracy

ü  Project management training / certification desired.

ü  Strong written and verbal communication skills

ü  Good communication and co-ordination skills.
