Principales funciones

• Colaborar con el HR Business Partner como punto de entrada en temas de RR HH.
• Mantener el contacto con los clientes internos (managers y empleados).
• Garantizar el correcto desarrollo de todas las acciones administrativas de RR HH, incluida la coordinación con el equipo de Reclutamiento.
• Desempeñar un papel activo en la incorporación (Onboarding) de nuevos empleados.
• Apoyar la gestión de movilidad interna, expatriación, bajas por maternidad, jubilación y procesos de salida.
• Proveer soporte de RR HH de acuerdo con la estrategia de RR HH.

Requisitos

• Estudios: Título universitario en recursos humanos, psicología o similar.
• Idiomas: Dominio fluido de español e inglés.
• Experiencia / Competencias: Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Habilidades blandas / duras

• Gran sentido de confidencialidad y ética.
• Excelente capacidad organizativa.
• Enfoque al cliente, trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
• Conocimientos básicos de la legislación laboral local.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
• Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
