Specialist in TA Cash Team
Requirements:
- Very good verbal and written English language skills
- University degree (Finance, Economics) or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in investment funds or payments area will be an advantage
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proactive approach
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: team work, communication, collaborative attitude
Responsibilities:
- Investigation of cash breaks
- Investigation of share discrepancies for clearstream transactions
- Processing internal and external payments
- Matching pre-advice of incoming payment with payment and cancellation of pre-advice
- Processing correction of subscriptions, redemptions and switch orders that were input with errors
- Chasing investors for unpaid subscriptions and unsettled transactions
- Reconciliation of cash movements
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to clients and internal teams
- Cooperation with service partners in Luxembourg, Dublin and Warsaw
- Participation in process optimalization and automation projects
