Private Capital - Business Implementation Officer (M/F)





 

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

 

BNP Paribas CIB, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group, is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities. 

 

The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services. 

 

To support its current growth, BNP Paribas CIB is looking for a: 

 

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

 

·         Conducting a sound analysis of projects from a Private Capital service offer perspective

 

·         Guarantying the operational implementation of a new project (onboarding and migration)

 

·         Developing a close working and structured relationship with internal stakeholders and clients

 

·         Ensuring a structured communication (high quality of documents and exchanges both oral and in written) with internal stakeholders and clients

 

·         Monitoring closely all projects using dashboard and reporting

 

·         Handling or coordinating setups (opening of cash accounts, static data in eFront, FX, forward, collateral, pledge, listed derivatives etc…) in the various systems

 

·         Ensuring quality of operational setups through diligent validation and customizing operational contracts

 

·         Managing business priorities among the different projects

 

·         Handling changes (change of names, operating model etc..) thorough the lifetime of the entities until the liquidation

 

·         Organizing structured handover with internal stakeholders and with clients

 

·         Ensuring the success of your projects (excellent communication, quality of the deliverables, respect of the milestones and deadlines) as well as client satisfaction

 

·         Actively participating to ad-hocs projects to contribute to the success of the business implementation team, private capital department or for the bank/group

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE Business Implementation Officer ? 

 

Professional experience and/or degree 

Master’s Degree (>=5 years). At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or a strong experience in alternative funds.

Pack Office

Excellent understanding and knowledge of BNPP various IT systems

Excellent understanding of Private Capital Funds services in Luxembourg 

Knowledge of FIA (Front Invest Alternative) software will be considered as an asset

 

Language skills

Fluent in English and French; German/other languages will be considered as a plus
