Job Title: Assistant Vice President – IT Project Management Officer
Department: CIB ITO Production - Control Tower - Global Support Services
About Business line/Function:
The Control Tower domain focuses on transversal monitoring across all environments, data analysis, and management of regulatory constraints. This includes oversight of Production Data Quality and Crisis Management.
GSS – Global Support Services is a forward-looking Digital Command Center equipped to provide following “Support as a Services”: Primary services will include 24*7 Monitoring of production health in terms of End2End chains, event based Monitoring, incident classification/communication/escalation, Crisis & major incident management, predictive & trend analysis. GSS will also comprise of engineering team actively focusing on automating non-applicative redundant manual tasks & processes governed at CIB ITO production level.
Position Purpose:
The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing Project Governance for the team.
The personnel will be accountable for the following key activities:
· Governance and Project Management:
o Define, maintain, and continuously improve the project‑management framework.
o Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management standards.
o Consolidate project proposals, evaluate strategic alignment, and prioritize the project portfolio.
o Manage IG & internal audit requirements to ensure 100% compliance with IT Governance framework for all projects.
o Introduce new effective KPIs and develop templates, check‑lists, and reporting dashboards for consistent project documentation.
o Produce regular (e.g., weekly, monthly) executive reports and KPI dashboards (e.g., on‑time delivery, cost variance).
o Track skill‑sets and availability of internal and external resources, coordinate assignments, and flag capacity gaps.
o Maintain Control Tower Org Chart and resource tracker.
o Organize training, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions for project managers and team members.
o Capture lessons learned and maintain a repository for continuous improvement.
o Act as a central point of contact for senior management, business units, and external partners regarding project status and governance matters.
· SLA & Controls:
o Maintain the teams SLA requirement and Ensure 100% adherence.
o Implement real-time SLA tracking dashboard to improve transparency and proactive management.
o Conduct SLA performance reviews every quarter and implement necessary corrective actions.
· Budgets/Invoicing & Resource Management
o Develop complete understanding of Cost & Budget aspects of GSS
o Master GSS organization & framework from budget perspective and suggest improvements/efficiencies. (from CC, Clarity OBS, invoicing & phasing perspective)
o Be aligned with Recruitment objectives of GSS and ensure clear reporting to highlight risks.
o In charge for resource management and recruitment co-ordination as per teams requirement.

Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Project management along with Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in similar domain.
