Position Purpose | |||||
As an ATC Test Designer, you will be part of this international team composed by more than 60 people, working for Squads across different countries. You will ensure that the appropriate level of testing is carried out in accordance with the principles set out by the ATC and in the test strategy. To do so, you will contribute to the production of the test strategy, perform test analyses, define and automate Test Cases ensuring that they cover the requirements and oversee the execution of the tests. | |||||
Responsibilities | |||||
Direct Responsibilities - Drive Three Amigos ceremonies within the squads to define relevant acceptance criteria - Perform test analysis Drawing on the test strategy and the specifications of the software solution requested (requirements, general and detailed specifications in particular), help to produce test plans: o test objectives, o test campaigns, o conditions for the execution of test plans. o Use the business knowledge to ensure performance of the appropriate level of the test process (prioritisation, relevance, etc.) - Ensure requirements are covered by test cases o Design and produce the test baseline: § Test cases with the associated logical datasets, § Test campaigns, § Test follow-up. o Build and research physical datasets. o Automate Test Cases using the internal Frameworks and standards - Oversee test execution o Run test campaigns, investigate anomalies and produce test evidence o Monitor progress in resolving anomalies
Contributing Responsibilities - Contribute to the production of the test strategy - Contribute to the closure of the test phase o Provide the information required to draw up the test report and results o Capitalise on changes made to test baselines for reuse in future versions.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies | |||||
As an IT Engineer you have more than 2 years of experience in Testing in Agile, especially using a BDD (Behavior Driven Development) approach. You are motivated by learning new business activities and driving a squad to produce a better quality in an international context. The rigor and your ability to define Acceptance criteria and Test with the right granularity are part of your key strengths. Continuous improvement is part of your DNA. Your motivation drives you to share your experience with the other Test Analysts and actively participate in improving the testing experience.
