Position Purpose


We are seeking a strategic and business-aligned Technology Learning Partner to lead the learning agenda for across ISPL in India. The role will partner with Technology leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver future-ready technical learning solutions that build technical depth, enable transformation, and support enterprise capability goals.

 

This position is ideal for technology expert, with a strong background in financial services industry, GCC ecosystem, project management, stakeholder engagement, and passion for people development and skill building. Role demands  ability to deliver results in a complex, globally integrated environment in agile and contiously evolving ecosystem.

 

As part of Skills Academy for India CoE, the incumbent is will work closely with CIB Tech and HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and to ensure successful delivery of L&D transformation that align with our goals or future ready workforce.


Responsibilities


 

Direct Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Strategic Learning partner for all Technology teams in the ISPL
  • Co-create and implement the annual learning roadmap aligned with business goals, growth plans, global learning frameworks, and regulatory priorities.
  • Design scalable, role-based, and skill-oriented learning interventions, including core tech, cloud, data, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and local  teams to enable learning journeys and academies, to drive the adoption of micro-certifications and self-paced platforms for continuous upskilling.
  • Represent ISPL Technology Learning and Development in global learning forums and ensure local alignment with the enterprise learning strategy. Adapt global learning programs for local deployment while ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Promote a learning culture across technology functions, emphasizing self-directed learning and career growth. Enable internal capability through train-the-trainer models, SME activation, and peer learning.

 

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Liaise regularly with local and global teams to align priorities, share insights, and localize content. Identify and manage fit-for-purpose external vendors and partners to deliver targeted programs.
  • Track learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact using defined metrics and dashboards.
  • Support governance processes for budgeting, planning, and program approvals.
