Position Purpose | |
経営戦略及びバックオフィス部門(契約管理部門、保険金部門、ファイナンス部門 等)の戦略を踏まえ、既存プロセスの課題を洗い出し・真のビジネスニーズを引き出し、ビジネスプロセスの再構築を高度な保険業務知識を活用して実現することを責務とする。既存のプロセスに囚われることなく、オペレーションの効率化・他社との優位性確保に貢献し、適切な指標を設定した上で継続的な改善アクションをステークホルダーに提供すること。 チームおよび部門内外のステークホルダーとの関係を構築し、部門の戦略および目標を達成するために諸課題に積極的に取り組み、分析を行い、論理的な解決策を導きだすこと。

Position Purpose | |
Taking responsibility about identifying points of improvement for existing processes, draw out business demands and lead reconstructing business process with high-level insurance knowledge aligning with company strategies and business strategies especially Policy Management, Insurance Claim and Finance function. Provide positive effect continuously for stakeholders to achieve more efficient operation and contribute securing an advantage to competitions regardless of existing process. To achieve department goals, build good relationships with all stakeholders, take proactive communication and behavior, and provide logical solutions.
