Job Description

1) Act as a lead manager in KYC management for FIC TW client portfolio, through coordinating with KYC related stakeholders, perform as SBO, and assist SBO to fulfil KYC administration process during recertification and new client onboarding, in compliance with group KYC policy.
2) Be responsible for KYC derived Financial Securities day-to-day monitoring, including but not limited to provide adverse news assessment and comment to meet financial securities compliance objective.
3) Support FIC business initiatives in strategic reviewing, planning, annual budgeting and client credit risk management in terms of data mining, information consolidation and presentation preparation.
4) Monitor ongoing projects or business initiatives status and update client relationship management tools.
5) Regularly maintain client contribution profitability report, credit limits summary file, and client sectors key financial summary report. 
6) Initiate and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and business lines for relevant legal documents negotiation with client.
7) Support client relationship and risk management via daily client interaction, assist cross selling, business origination and credit risk monitoring.


Qualifications

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

1) Familiar with global financial markets, macro credits, counterparty, financial institutions business and regulatory environment associated with the financial institutions industry.
2) Previous credit analysis experience on financial institutions or financial markets is preferable.
3) Excellent communication capability and must be a team player.
4) Passionate, curious, and knowledgeable with the constantly evolving and highly regulated financial industry.
5) Good at organizational data mining with solid computer skill set for effective job delivery.
6) Self-disciplined, organized, attentive, with logical and creative thinking.
