2025 APAC Graduate Programme – Securities Services, Chief of Staff Office - Singapore
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with the first class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services.

Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will:
- Possess GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline
- Be available to work as full time from January 2025 onwards
- Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage) and
- Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven initiatives, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends

Induction
You will be provided with a comprehensive induction, where you will be immersed in group training and discover more about the BNP Paribas Group.
Training
From day one, you will start your business specific technical and financial training, alongside personal skills development aimed at equipping you with the knowledge you need to get you the best possible start in your career. Working alongside our teams of industry leading specialists, you will gain on-the-job training throughout your two-year programme taking you along a development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills. You will also have the chance to experience other parts of the business through cross-entity projects, which will help you understand how we approach complex work and give you the chance to develop a strong internal network.
Mentor & Buddy
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by experienced managers and team members, as well as pairing with a buddy from our early career cohorts who will make sure you are getting everything you need to grow.
What you will do?
As a Chief of Staff Office Analyst, you will;
Lead the executive APAC governance:
- Organize and lead APAC 2S executive committees,
- Weekly and monthly business updates to APAC CEO
- Monthly reporting to General Management
- Lead the budget process and financials tracking
- Point of contact for 2S Territory Management request to APAC team
Lead strategical reviews and prepare strategic presentations:
- Ad-hoc presentations of Securities Services to the General Management and other business lines
- Lead strategic reviews on demand: Conduct ad hoc study, review or taskforce at the request from the regional head of Securities Services
Sustainable Finance Governance
together with the regional Client Development coordinator:
- Drive the Sustainable Finance APAC strategy and value proposition for external and internal clients.
- Drive the implementation of the 2025 strategy on the Sustainable stream
- Drive the Sustainable Finance Commercial strategy implementation and value proposition for external/internal client
Skills required:
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
- Well verse in data visualization tools and MS Office: PowerBI, Excel, Pivot Tables and Powerpoint
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the wider business
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
- The positive attitude to learn
- Team player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
