Description
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform high-level functional analysis of incidents and propose solutions in collaboration with the level 1 support team and business actors
- Train and coach newcomers on the process as well as support new clients in the process through a training session and availability to assist them in their first requests
- Launch procedures update whenever process changes are implemented being able to coordinate and validate procedures
- Monitor the process, analyse and report deviations (risks and inefficiencies) and centralize all data in coordination with the business
- Master the execution of all activities expected by a Management Support Officer in what concerns to reporting and data reconciliation
- Actively contribute to the process control coordinating 4 eyes check activities
- Identify and correct issues or errors, escalating in case of any exceptional or irregular situation, and define the new processes and procedures necessary for the activity while ensuring the dissemination of the former and global knowledge
- Present the activity to all Management Support stakeholders and perform local and/or global activities with various levels of interaction
- Respect the norms of BNP Paribas Portugal and participate in transversal projects and initiatives
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Social Sciences
- Experience in Administrative Support and Administration of a ticketing platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with others, with a results driven mindset
About the Team
- Management Support Portugal integrates in the Transversal SSC unit and is in charge of the onboarding, offboarding and invoicing processes for external staff and all related data enquiries
- Through continuous improvement mindset, the team drives innovation and strives to reduce transactional costs through strong streamlining of the activity methods and by adopting a partnership approach to accompany our clients and suppliers on their journey
- The team works with both internal and external clients and suppliers in different locations
