About the job

  • As Business Analyst of the Business Revenue IT Tribe, your mission will be to provide detailed analysis of the business requirements, closely working with the development team, the users and the other Business Analysts in order to come up with the most efficient solutions. 
  • You will partner with different stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business) in a collaborative way to ensure the proper understanding of the requirement and the correct handover to the development team
  • You’ll find yourself in an agile and collaborative environment where you’ll have the chance of working with different stakeholders across different business lines, contributing not only on evolutive enhancements but also on transversal and reglementary projects

 

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Analyzing the high level requirements into more detailed User Stories, assessing impacts, value, and keeping in mind the efficiency and scalability of the solutions
  • Write test plans (both manual and automated) and support users in the test execution
  • You will ensure the quality of the new features and follow-up of defects correction
  • Contribute to the refinement of the requirements ensuring their transparency and clarity, and making them clear to the development team
  • Produce clear support documentation that will be part of the application
  • Be an active part on Continuous Improvement of the team
  • Prepare meetings where you’ll present the status of the projects you are working on to both to the team and to the users
  • Contribute to the 3rd level of Production support, working with the support team and the application users
  • Develop meaningful relationships with partners to reach optimized solutions, and respond to queries or concerns from the Product Owner and managers
