Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organization includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
CIB ITO Production Infra CAAS” is a Global domain in charge of all the CIB Infrastructures middleware.
File Transfer team services is a key part of this domain, it has a relevant role inside the company to guarantee the quality (availably, delivery, capacity, evolution, supportability) of the transfer of all files inside CIB and to their partners (internal like cardif/ITG) or external.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position focuses on the management of projects linked to file transfer services for BNPP.
As part of the job responsibilities, the candidate must contribute to keep the required stability on BAU activities for production environment.
Due to large number of assets to manage and file transfer is a very demanding service from the business, it is required to promote a high automatization level.
Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements and to define proper corrective action plan for incidents are part of the day to day of this position.
ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis for the team, to know and promote it inside the area is a must.
As scrum master, the candidate will have to coordinate/improve/develop and operate agile method across all the team based in EMEA/ISPL/APAC/AMER.
He/She will be a key people of CAAS organization to improve the organization of the delivery (incident, request, continuous improvement) of the file transfer services. His/Her skills will also be key assets to exchange with partner (APS/ADM/other infra domain) to demonstrate/market the value bring by the services to applications.
REQUIREMENTS
· Studies
· Bachelor in Computer Science preferable but not mandatory
· ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable
· Experience
· At least 3 years managing activities and people in an IT production environment.
· Languages
· High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C). Mandatory
· French spoken and written will be valued
