General Information
Description
Supplier audits are more than a regulatory obligation, they support operational efficiency for the BNP Paribas Group.
As part of the regulatory obligation to carry out service audits of our most critical suppliers, the BNP Paribas Group, taking advantage of the experience of the ISO & Labels Consulting & Transformation Centre of Expertise, is expanding its supplier audit offer to support the business lines and functions.
We are therefore looking for several senior auditors who are passionate about the underlying audit and continuous improvement approach and who wish to invest in the creation and implementation of this offer.
In concrete terms, your daily life?
You will carry out 2 to 3 parallel assignments with an average duration of 4 to 6 months to audit a key supplier of the Group. In concrete terms, the missions focus on the provision of services in terms of quality, performance and business continuity in the broadest sense.
You may be required to audit more specific parts related to certain regulations or other types of subjects such as CSR charters, the environment or information security.
Your missions are carried out in pairs.
As an auditor, you will be a particularly visible representative of the team within all the Group's businesses and functions, but also an external representative within our suppliers and will carry the Group's image.
As a Senior Auditor, you will exercise additional responsibilities such as mission management, the implementation of continuous improvement and during the first years of the team the implementation of the structuring of working methods and relationships.
You will also be required to manage external audit services that will be carried out on behalf of other Group entities and that the team will not provide directly.
In addition to the missions, you will be required to contribute to the internal projects of both the ISO & Labels Expertise Center and the Consulting and Transformation firm.
English and French are the two working languages. Depending on the assignment, you may be required to travel occasionally in France or abroad.
The work environment is important!
You will join the team of the ISO and Label Centre of Expertise, which has been in existence since 1997 and is currently housed within the BNP Paribas Consulting Transformation function.
Because of this positioning, you will also be required to participate in cross-functional team missions in a One Team spirit.
And then?
This position will allow you to strengthen your knowledge of the Group's Businesses and Functions and to build and develop your network within the Bank.
As an integral part of the Group's internal consulting network, you will also be able to benefit from a gateway to the other entities of the Group.
As an auditor, you can also easily integrate the other audit professions within the Group and the management system and process management professions.
And you?
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing and you know how to manage assignments independently from the drafting of the audit plan, through planning, preparation, interviews and report writing.
You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt. You know how to work effectively in a team while being very autonomous in the context of the mission entrusted to you.
You are customer-focused and results-oriented.
You have notions of quality and production process management system standards as well as the principles of continuous improvement.
You are fluent in French and English both to conduct interviews and to write reports.
Finally, we attach particular importance to our future employees acting responsibly and ethically on a daily basis.
Do you recognize yourself in this description? So don't hesitate any longer and apply!
The recruitment process will take place in several stages:
A first contact with Human Resources followed by a validation interview by the head of the ISO & Labels Centre of Expertise
