Description
- Senior Electronic Sales trading position, responsible for the day-to-day low-touch Coverage of APAC order flow for global institutional clients.
- Focus on opening up new opportunities and onboarding execution-driven and unbundled clients.
- Collaboration across Product/IT/Compliance to drive development of the platform and the Electronic offering as a whole.
Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the Coverage team, the candidate will have a business owner mindset to drive the growth of institutional client revenues.
- Maximise client engagement through active Coverage and collaboration with internal teams & senior management across all regions.
- Active Coverage of client order flow as a value-add service:
- Fundamental understanding of client objectives, market structure, liquidity profiles.
- Monitor client and algo behavior to adhere to market regulations and firm procedures.
- Content development:
- Collaborate with Market Structure and Sales to generate and distribute differentiated content.
- Product/Platform:
- Be a major contributor to the development of strategic tools, algo enhancements, and content to improve the all aspects of the business.
- Be a senior role-model within the team to drive an inclusive culture.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in Electronic Equities Coverage across APAC markets.
- Track record of covering global institutional clients, with a strong understanding of Algo Wheels.
- Ability to work closely with Product and Quant teams to be a key contributor to platform development and execution consulting.
