Tasks

  • Payroll A to Z (+- 480 employees)
  • Absence management (illnesses, parental leave, etc)
  • Email Follow-up emails & employees requests regarding payroll queries
  • Follow-up offboardings (outs) & promotions
  • Fleet management (mobility budget, salary for bike, etc)
  • Contract handling, insurances, meal vouchers, etc)

Skills

  • Knowledge of payroll tool HR Accent recommended
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • Knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation (+ knowledge of PC 200)
  • Bilingual (Dutch-French)
  • Stress-resistant
