Fund Accountant in Private Capital Team

Your responsibilities:

• Perform all BAU tasks related to Fund Accounting in timely manner and according to procedures,
• Actively participate in internal or external projects, migrations of the process and ensure that all the deadlines are achieved,
• Perform daily bookkeeping,
• Prepare monthly/quarterly cash reconciliations for the Funds,
• Prepare client’s files with accruals calculation,
• Prepare monthly/quarterly valuations of the Funds,
• Perform, execute and materialize controls for managed operational processes,
• Proactively communicate any cases that could be subject to escalation,
• Maintain superior relationship with business partners and clients,
• Coaching/on the job training of new employees,
• Proactively support line Team Leader in relevant topics and respond to queries from internal and external sources

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (min C1)
• Accounting skills are essential, experience in corporate accounting, audit or private equity firms is a must
• Good Knowledge of Private Capital fund structures/regulations will be considered an advantage
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
• Intermediate/Advanced command of MS Excel and other accounting packages
• Orientation to detail, analytical and problem-solving approach 
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
