 Junior Specialist Derivatives Ownership Verification

Requirements:

• Education: Bachleor of Science or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment),
• Fluent English speaking & writing (C1),
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to collaborate/Teamwork,
• Ability to deliver/results driven,
• Good communication skills, both oral and written,
• Good analytical and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Performs reconciliation for clients positions and identify the discrepancies to secure its resolution.                   
• Supports the preparation of KPI to report current business status.      
• Prepares the final certification file for depositary certification with reconciliation status & justification to facilitate audit requirements.          
• Supports the on-boarding of new client/product to enable regulatory duty.
• Monitors and takes action on the relevant incoming email request to provide operational excellence. 
• Average number of units reconciled monthly – 5000, numbers of emails handled on a daily basis – 20, numbers of clients managed daily – 5 to 10.
