Learning & Development Partner
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR (in various positions)
- At least 1 year of experience in conducting L&D projects
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leaders across the organization to identify training needs and design impactful learning solutions
- Facilitating the rollout of training programs, managing logistics and scheduling
- Developing learning materials and resources
- Defining KPIs, analyse the results of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and L&D best practices
