Requirements

 

 

  • 10 years of minimum experience in Inspection/Audit/Control, Compliance, or management of cross-functional (senior) IT projects.
  • Competence in regulatory matters, good professional practice experienced and understanding control environments of operational teams
  • Knowledge of Asset Management business and processes
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for synthesis and analysis,
  • English common.
  • Organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and defend a project, drive change management and anticipate business changes.

Responsibilities


  • Monitor the implementation of Group policies and procedures related to Voice & Recording and the impact on local policies and procedures (inventory changes)
  • Escalate local constraints, identify issues and propose action plans to adapt / measure / implement policies and procedures within the AM Business (e.g. FAQs).
  • Supervises the training process and monitors/alerts progress
  • Contribute in updating the AM procedure "Investment & Trading Conduct Staff Handbook” and associated training as well as the KRL certification process on Record Keeping aspects
  • Leading the implementation of the Trading Floor AM policy
  • Ensure that the management process for breaches of the code of conduct includes those related to communication channels (reporting, monitoring, consolidation of indicators)
  • Analyse cases of breach of communication rules and report root-cause analysis to local management if necessary
  • In touch with Compliance and IT departments, coordinate the periodic validation of the mapping of authorised communication channels and report any changes to the Group
  • Oversee the approval process of the local head for any new authorized communications channel.
  • Oversee the implementation of any new authorised communication system initiated at Group level and escalate local problems
  • Validate local e-communication and voice recording rules
  • Oversee local mobile phone distribution policy (i.e. who may have a business motive)
  • Supervise the identification of the Restricted Profile Population (REG) for mobile phones
  • Escalate and supervise incident corrective actions
  • Contribute to assessing the need to report registration incidents to local regulators and act as an AM contact point for any reporting at Group level
  • Oversee the execution of local controls and the implementation of any action plan. Escalating locally identified issues with interest for the Group
  • Supervise the analysis of the results of controls performed by AM entities, including the analysis of possible infringements and the implementation of action plans
  • As part of the overall risk assessment process, oversee the Market Integrity process (within the meaning of the AMF RCCI AMF – Head of Compliance and Internal Control), including the risk related to channels opened outside the Group
  • Ensure that control results are discussed in the dedicated committee/ICC
  • Ensure that the monitoring framework identifies communication violations and is reported to the appropriate committee
  • Perform annual SLAs review, measure performance of services provided by CIB ITO.
  • Escalating any local IG mission or regulator audit and their findings in relation to Voice & E-Com channel registration
  • Supervise update of the DMA employee repository for recording / unrecording their professional channels (typically: new joiners, outgoing staff, position changes)
  • Ensure that the Data Protection Officer (DPO) validates the DPIA (Data Privacy Impact Assessment) impact assessments.
  • Ensure consultation and validation of local social partners when necessary
