What is this position about?
Corporate Services, Facilities & Access Control (previously known as Organization, Control & Services) mainly comprised with three teams under Local COO scope. We are responsible of handling corporate administration, premises security, facility management and user access control to bank applications. Position required will be part of Access Control team as user access administrator.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
Primary Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will
• Physical Security Administrator, including create / update / remove office premises access.
• Maintain or setup of CCTV and door access system.
• Handling of user requests and contribute to assist as Physical Security Administration local contact.
• Handling of queries / issues and providing guidance to users on door access matters.
• Liaise with other user access administrators, users and their respective management or other parties (e.g : IT / vendors) on administration matters.
• Handling of facility maintenance related and ad hoc works.
• To backup team on restack work and relocation of departments.
• To ensure reports sent out timely to users and follow up with user if there is any report finding from user. To close the finding timely.
• To review the reports and process in terms of controls and improve the efficiency.
• To ensure Standard Operation Procedure updated timely if there is any changes.
• Participation in project as and when directed by manager.
• Reporting directly to Facilities & Access Control Team Lead.
• To perform any other role or tasks as requested including but not limited to participating in any ad-hoc tasks.
What is required for you to succeed?
Description of experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Show initiative and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and take up new responsibility when required
• Experience with ProWatch and MyIAM tool is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required education/certification/licenses
• At least 2 years’ experience in physical security services.
