Description

What is this position about?

The Client Development Team sits within Securities Services. The team encompasses sales managers, relationship managers, client service managers, a marketing manager, a business management team and a regional bid management team. The team is responsible for maintaining relationships and driving revenue for the Securities Services business in Australia.


Primary Role Responsibilities

Other contributions


  • Primary daily tasks focus on:
  • Creating an inventory of physical legal documents, safekept in a vault 
  • Reconciling physical legal documents with digital copies


  • Specifically, the candidate will be required to:
  • follow set procedures for file management
  • complete document scanning
  • completing excel trackers

 

Other contributions

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.


What is required for you to succeed?

  • An understanding of types of legal documents
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Experience of working with document management roles
  • Excellent time management skills


Desired knowledge, skill, experience

The role requires proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, word and Excel
