Finance & Risk Solution is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions that brings together a community of 1.600 experts coming from Finance, RISK and IT backgrounds, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market 

It is a new worldwide organizational model that contributes to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and RISK community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices

Finance & Risk Solution is an organization in BNP Paribas, which is part of IT Group, yet actively managed via an innovative partnership with Finance and RISK

Risk Dedicated Solutions is in charge of delivering dedicated solutions for Risk reporting streams and support RISK missions and transformation 

Your Main Activities Are
  • Understand and analyse the needs coming from the business team, proposing sustainable solutions in line with the entity’s strategic plan and converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications;
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts;
  • Perform the recipe of the specified functionalities to ensure the quality of the developments produced by the team and the adequacy of the feature with the expressed need
  • Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in production environment.
  • Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed;
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • Relevant professional experience as a business analyst is mandatory (3 - 4 years);
  • Previous banking experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of credit risk is a plus;
About the Team

RDS 09 - Risk Reporting & Analytics team aims to provide support services to its users in the creation, maintenance and evolution of BI solutions, enabling RISK teams to produce different dashboards for the Group’s credit & counterparty risk (e.g. risk profile steering, risk measures, etc.).

The systems involved are:

  1. SAS Risk, a platform that allows RISK users to produce several analysis and reporting for credit analysts, top management and regulators; and
  2.  DARE (Data Analytics Risk Explorer), which automatize dashboards production from end to end. 
  3. DARK (Data Analytics RisK), a platform that allows RISK GF GSA users to go further in their reporting by producing dashboards which are user-friendly, dynamic and configurable; and
  4. DERIK DM (DEclic data for RisK efficiency Domestic Market), which provides users with an industrial BI platform to manage information coming from alerting systems.
