Arval Luxembourg enthusiastically manages more than 16,000 vehicles for its national and international customers and positions itself as a major player in the Grand-Ducal market. Arval Luxembourg is a dynamic company, on a human scale and in strong growth.

We are looking for a 

Network Manager  (CDI full time M/F)


Playing a central and transversal role in our organization, the Network Manager’s mission is to ensure our drivers get the best experience whenever they use Arval services (vehicle delivery, maintenance, repair, etc) in any of our Network garages.

He/She reports to the Operations Director and works closely with several internal stakeholders (Buy & Delivery, Maintenance, Accident Management, Quality Department., Procurement…).

The main responsibilities include

  • Define the needs in terms of Network points (geographical coverage)
  • Animate and evaluate the Network to comply with corporate strategy 
  • Manage relationship with the Network partners at operational and management levels, with frequent business reviews
  • Monitor operational quality and reports on KPIs including turnover and number of events
  • Prepare and lead the quarterly Network Committee
  • Frequent on-site visits across Luxembourg (approximately 2 field visits per week). 
  • Optimize B2B platform uses (MRT & Ubench)

 

Additionally, the role includes operational responsibilities around Telematics (connected vehicles)

 

 

Profile & Skills: 


  • Customer Experience oriented: seeking continuous improvement of quality of service and satisfaction
  • Leadership/Management: communication, conflict management, decision-making, teamwork
  • Organization & activity management: planning, KPI monitoring, time management
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint 
  • Fluency in French and English, Luxembourgish is a plus
  • 10-15 years professional experience
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, in particular after-sales
