We are looking for skilled and motivated individual to join IT TA  team! As Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our dynamic multi-locations team.

Working closely with the product owner and the development team, you will ensure that the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions, on schedule and on budget. 

 Scrum Master

 Responsibilities:

•  Leading Scrum ceremonies and applying Agile methodology 
•  Creating and maintaining project timelines 
•  Identifying and managing potential risks 
•  Monitoring Scrum KPIs 
•  Removing impediments and assisting the project team 
•  Managing interactions between project team and project stakeholders 
•  Ensuring compliance with Agile and Scrum principles 
•  Fostering a culture of continuous improvement (coaching, mentoring) 

 Requirements:

•  Min. 3 years of experience as Scrum Master 
•  Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, practices and tools (like e.g. Jira Lanta) 
•  Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies 
•  PSM II (Professional Scrum Master II) Certification
•  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
•  Excellent communication skills including fluency in English 
•  Nice to have: knowledge of ALM Octane test management, Confluence, Tranfer Agent  business understanding, Multifonds Global Investor
