About Business line/Function:

Business line is IFSO & Primary Function for trade operations is to manage Trade products which includes record/posting all the transaction notifications and miscellaneous posting, i.e., interest, contributions and withdrawals etc. We match foreign exchange deals executed by the Client and ensure timely & proper settlement of these deals in the respective markets. Coordinating with both internal and external stake holders to resolve Cash & FXMM queries. FX. This is to ensure client will receive an updated cash position next day. As a part of Middle office Team Trade operation serves Client Clean Cash payment & prefunding FX.

Position Purpose

 

The AVP – Trade Operations APAC will report hierarchically and functionally to the Head of Trade Operations – Chennai. The Trade Operations - APAC perimeter includes all the operations performed in Chennai and Mumbai.

Ø  Operations Management - responsible for the coordination and contribution to a range of operational activities in Middle Office

Ø  Leads and provides operational support, which may involve BAU management/ KPI monitoring /risk and control/people management/project management/stakeholder management, etc.

Ø  Works closely with internal management team of Middle Office / dual locations/spoke locations/and other internal/external stakeholders.
