Data Administration domain is part of Investment and Fund Services business line.  Domain performs two main processes Asset Creation and Pricing. 

The Specialist in the Asset Creation team is responsible for performing asset creation and maintenance activities for both internal and external clients. The primary goal is to ensure that these activities meet the established service level agreements (SLAs). This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of asset data, which supports various business functions and client requirements.  

Asset Creation Specialist 

Requirements:

• Over 1 to 3 years of experience in financial area
• Great command of English (min. B2 level) 
• Interest in banking operations
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Accuracy and client focus approach
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills – oral & written

Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains financial instruments to enable booking and accounting flows.
• Performs investigations of all discrepancies related to Database maintenance to ensure asset creation process quality.
• Performs asset creation activities(such as asset creation, 4 eye & 6 eye controls, reporting, discrepancy, query analyses and ad-hocs) to secure stability and continuity of the processes in Data Administration Department.
• Maintains operational procedures to mitigate operational risk.
• Suggests process improvements in order to deliver efficiency and/or actions oriented on risk mitigation.
• Conducts trainings within the team and coordinates onboarding of new joiners to ensure knowledge retention
