Specialist in Internal reporting

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in financial area
• Great command of English (min. B2 level) 
• Interest in banking operations 
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, (knowledge about Alteryx will be additional value) 
• Accuracy, attention to details and client focus approach 
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility 
• Strong communication skills – oral & written
• Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
• Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities:

• Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity; preparing daily reports ( KPI etc); preparing reports for management;
• Investigation and fixing any issues regarding data base and reports,
• Creating and updating process documents;
• Active participation in onboarding of new clients and implementation of new solutions, 
• propose process enhancements and their implementation,
• Manage the flow of a workplace and optimize day-to-day activities, 
• Cooperates closely with SME's from FDS to build reports required by business
