About the job
Providing reasonable assurance to the Head of Compliance Factor Spain, the General Managers of BNP Paribas Factoring Spain, and their governance bodies and regulators that up-to-date policies and procedures, and adequate compliance set-ups are in place consistent with Group Compliance requirements and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Main Activities Are
- Maintaining consolidated view of Factoring Spain Compliance risks. Setting the tone to develop a strong Compliance culture within BNP Paribas Factoring Spain
- Contribute to the regulatory watch for Compliance (in line with related policy of Legal and where possible using frameworks from Compliance Territory)
- Contribute to the adaptation of Compliance policies, procedures, and control plan to Factor Spain, specificities and ensure consistency within the Entity of policies and methodologies. Accompany and supervise the roll-out of policies & procedures (incl. training) and advise on the use & interpretation of such policies & procedures
- Ensure documentation and tracking of decisions
- Report to internal and external bodies in line with requirements in internal policies and external regulations
- Contribute to the Compliance Risk Assessment Processes for the Entities, aggregate and report risk on Factoring-specific issues and contribute to mitigation or remediation plan
- Contribute to the Compliance permanent control process as necessary (Compliance and Compliance- related controls, risk assessment, recommendations, incidents …)
- Contribute to the effective implementation of the Compliance control set-ups, analyze control results and contribute to/supervise mitigating actions
- Contribute to the coordination of investigations (regulatory, internal investigations and IG
- Revision and Validation of Contracts and Annexes
- Contribute to the Compliance roadmap for the Entity.
- Identify required improvements of organization, tools and processes
- Contribute to the implementation of compliance training
- Promote the compliance culture in interaction with the business
- Contribute to compliance tools & systems building and deploying processes
- Contribute to identify all the ABC stakeholders;
- To contribute on all ABC matters with stakeholders in their Entities Units in a ABC dedicated committee or in a compliance committee; To articulate and coordinate the anti-corruption set-up;
- To make sure that all corruption related matters either internal or external, are well covered and reported to the local head of compliance and their Entities;
- To ensure in coordination with other domains in charge their local Unit have sufficient resources to cover ABC
