Position Purpose

 

Division manager to manage all aspects of the division which includes delivery, people management , Budget , Hiring, training team members, CRP for team.

 

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

 

·         Manage Automation division which comprises of multiple transversal applications – Document management system , Workflow Automation , Boomerang , ODM Rules management system, TAT User jurisdiction, REFO Front office structure , Clarity tool, ANAPLAN tool, JIRA , Confluence. All the applications are deployed in multiple sites and Division head is responsible for the delivery of all projects for these applications. Team size of around 40 FTE.

 

·         Define objectives for all internal and external staffs and track the KPI on quarterly basis and report to domain head – mainly for Automation division

 

·         Additional responsibility of deputy Domain head for “Ops & AT” domain which includes act as backup for Domain head, help in Budget reviews for all 3 divisions

 

·         Do the CRP for ISPL domain team members by working with 3 division heads and Domain head in Singapore. Also do the CRP for Automation Singapore staffs by working closely with domain head.

 

·          Manage the ISPL hiring process for “Ops & AT” domain and provide reports to 3 division heads

 

·         Train next level managers for all 3 divisions in ISPL. Ensure that internal staffs attend at least 2 trainings per year which help them to do their duties correctly. All developers should get trained in latest technologies and chances to be provided to work in these topics for staff development.

 

·         Review the workload of domain PMO and ensure that all domain and division related PMO topics are well completed on time and with quality

 

·          Ensure the “Practices division “ KPIs score are good for Automation. Application managers have to reviewed on weekly basis for this to happen as we have 15 KPIs.

 

·          Review Project managers and IT leads to ensure the duties are performed well to meet the division deliveries.

 

·         Division Budget and actuals has to be tracked on monthly basis, Forecast and BU for new year has to be done on time and as per CIO instructions

 

 

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

·         Technically division head should be able to understand the application scopes, understand and review the application functionalities for the project deliveries

 

·         Should review the KPI of Chapter lead and IT leads properly to align with application obsolescence, vulnerabilities, cybersecurity topics

 

·         Division head should understand the ISPL processes and governance and match it with the team’s objectives

 

·         Able to inspire others, collaborate with people inside and outside the team at ISPL level to bring in synergy between offshore and onsite processes
