Position Purpose | |||||
The primary purpose of the role is to support & lead in executing, maintaining and monitoring HR risk management agenda through execution of control plan, risk framework and related activities aligned to HR functional (Group, Métier, Regional or Territory levels) plans, framework and strategy. Also, the incumbent should be proactively contributing in building a risk mindset and a culture of positive compliance through identifying gaps, risks and, mitigating the same with effective controls, other measures and by spreading awareness and knowledge among stakeholders on risks. | |||||
