CIB Securities Services, part of BNP Paribas, is seeking a talented individual to join our GOAL team which on a daily basis manage international transversal projects.

IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic projects within our IT organization.
• Frame projects upfront, define governance, and secure sign-offs
• Consolidate design solutions with proper sign-offs from clients, IT architecture, and relevant contributors
• Build and maintain project plans, manage dependencies, and handle unplanned events
• Drive project completion through effective communication and continuous alignment with all contributors
• Take responsibility for actions and analysis related to the project while focusing on the roadmap
• Secure project team staffing with support from line managers and relevant governance bodies
• Perform project retrospectives to gather lessons learned and improve future projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a IT Project Manager role
• Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a non-hierarchical framework
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interact with very senior employees
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and coaching capabilities
• Organized, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
• Solid work ethic and high level of motivation
