Junior/Specialist in Global Market Data Management Team 

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably finance, analysis, econometrics) or equivalent professional experience,
• Basic knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market,
• Fluency in English language is mandatory, 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required, 
• Fluency with VBA and Power BI is will be an advantage,
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilient.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor integration of various data into investment compliance and cash monitoring systems in an accurate and timely manner, 
• investigate, take necessary actions and provide support to solve issues within the process and ensure quality of services
• Control and analyze the scope of expected data ensuring the effectiveness of daily operations in the team, 
• Participate in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of service, 
• Support the integration of the new client’s operational activities,
• Create and update an operational procedures/manual,
• Provide on the job training for colleagues, 
• Participate in testing new applications/ features providing reliable feedback, 
• Analyze and define opportunities to improve current share of processes.
