Description

Main Purpose

The purpose of this role is to facilitate contact resolution of Inbound & escalated customer queries received from our customers, whilst at all times ensuring that the customer experience is consistent with the brand. Mobicred is a simple & convenient credit facility and is powered by RCS Cards that allows you to safely shop online with our participating retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls
  • Understand problems clearly and find the best solutions through careful analysis
  • Liaise and communicate relevant information verbally and in written format
  • Use knowledge, good judgement, and procedures to make the best decision in a given situation
  • Prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks and carry this our timeously
  • Manage chat/email boxes 
  • Ensure service levels adhered to 
  • General ADHOC and administrative duties

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric 
  • Computer literacy, must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • 1-2 years’ call center experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • 1-2 years’ customer service in financial services industry would be added advantageous
