Description
Area: BU Equipment & Logistics Solutions / Business Support
Main responsibilities/activities:
- Supports the BU ELS to define the Pricing strategy
- Administrates the Pricing programs and all related matrices (rate cards, adjusters, etc.)
- Assists, advises, challenges the different persons whom she/he interacts with to collect the components of the Pricing programs
- Ensures the features of request for insertion into the system are compliant with the credit policy or have been adequately approved
- Implements and tests the Pricing components into the Pricing system
- Interacts with both central and local stakeholders at different levels:
- whom she/he gets directives from: BU management together with local Pricing committee she/he contributes to
- whom she/he assists: ALM, Finance, RISK divisions together with Insurance, Product owners, Asset offices, Tax, IT
- whom she/he gets support from: the central Pricing administration office she/he is advised and functionally controlled by
Specific competencies:
- Bachelor's and University Degree in Business/Administration, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
- Experience and/or knowledge of Leasing business
- Appetite for analytical modeling and data handling
- An experience in Financial controlling Department can be a plus
- Technical understanding of the IT system (notably Siele and Odessa systems)
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French
- Relational database experience for data controls and revenue planning
- Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data from various sources

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to drive exchanges in efficient and diplomatic manner
- Creativity and ability to come up with solutions
- Ability to think both strategically and analytically to identify and assess opportunities and issues
