Digital Working - Service delivery
This position will be based in Zurich.
Within the Information Systems Department (DSI), the Digital Working (DW) Service Delivery Team in the workstation and telephony domain is responsible for:
*Level 2 and 3 support in the Workstation and User Environment areas
*Level 1 support to users and as interlocutors to collaborate on IT requests or within the context of Projects.
*Granting and revoking access efficiently and accurately, according to business approvals and in accordance with applicable policies, in order to support the productivity of the bank while reducing the risks of voluntary or accidental misuse of identity or rights.
YOUR WORK DAY
Within this team, the EUC 2 / Zurich employee’s mission includes:
*Management and support of the user environment at Level 2 and 3
*User support
*Provisioning of workstations, mobile telephony and support for the Trading Floor
*Participation in securing the Information System
*Understanding security, compliance and operational risk issues
*Processing MyIAM requests (ARM-CH ADM SCM)
*Execution and strict adherence to procedures for granting and revoking access, adherence to deadlines (SLA)
*Handling Incidents, Requests and Changes (ServiceNow)
*Vigilance in ensuring the security of access and immediate reporting of any confirmed or suspected situations that may impact the security of the Bank
Contribute to:
*Documentation of operational procedures
*Quality of service provided to internal clients
*Good coordination and mutual support within the team
*Participation in various IT and business projects
