Business Overview:
The team is responsible for supporting eCommerce and FX Options platform in the Americas. The key focus is to build a strong relationship with the eCommerce and FX Options businesses, provide BAU production support issues/user enquiries, and align processes and procedures with the global support teams. To ensure current service agreements are met and requirements are successfully implemented. Establish a high level of quality for the production systems supporting eCommerce and FX Options businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the eCommerce Application Support and FX Options (AS) U.S. team.
- Serves as a single point of contact for all escalation related to ECOM/FX Options Applications.
- Function as a Front Office Applications Functional Support Analyst Provide production and application support for ECOM applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and provide detailed and accurate reporting.
- Assurance of all escalations are giving the correct priorities base of the severity level.
- Ensure the 24x7 availability of e-Commerce Platforms -Cortex FX, XAP, Enablement , Market 360 , credit checker , CCS Suite of applications , CDP Market Options stack of adaptors, Issuemaster , NOVA, SOHO FI, SOHO Lite, SFO, ICAT and Kew.
- Serve as a link between business users and the Development and Business Analyst teams to recommend and prioritize tasks to include in the ongoing enhancement of the software systems.
- Monitor and maintain production, demo and staging environments.
- Propose enhancements in the functionalities of e-Commerce applications to the Development Teams via proper workflows.
- Test and monitor changes in the Production and P-1 environments.
- Assess user/client requests and propose changes to the Cortex applications to deliver needed functionality to the users/clients. Collect, centralize and understand user queries and issues.
- Educate business users on new functionalities that are being released in production.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a numerate subject (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, etc....) required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Electronic Trading and Risk System Application Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to work under own initiative whilst being a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of the FX business products and Electronic Markets.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (SQL Server and Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of Excel/VBA.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
- Knowledge of Networks, Market Data and messaging technologies (FIX, TCP/IP, TIBRV, MQ Series, Multicast).

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $145,000 to $205,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
