Description

Responsibilities: 


  • Originate, structure and execute Asset Backed Securities and Asset Backed Commercial Paper transactions for clients in APAC.
  • Understand the rating agency methodologies and become knowledgeable across different asset classes.
  • Perform credit analysis, apply quantitative modeling and prepare credit applications.
  • Review and comment on legal documentation together with LTMG.
  • Book fees, transactions and commitments in relevant capture system.
  • Monitor performance of existing transactions, market news and events.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties as per relevant policies and procedures.
