  • Decompose into actionable JIRA tickets, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and estimates.
  • Provide regular status updates to managers and keep project boards current.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, leveraging knowledge of previous work and collaborating with peers.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the platform architecture to propose robust, scalable solutions.

Application Development

  • End-to-end development of key platform components, from design through to deployment.
  • Conduct thorough impact analysis to make informed architectural and implementation decisions.
  • Partner with QA, Test, and Business Analyst teams to guarantee smooth, release-ready code.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to fellow developers and BAs, maintaining transparency across the squad.
  • Act as a third level escalation point for the Support team, diagnosing and correcting production level code defects.

Product Implementation, Analysis and Support

  • Deliver premium grade support to both business and IT users, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
  • Produce clear, step by step documentation to enrich the team’s knowledge base and standardise operating procedures.
  • Log, categorise, and track incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices, following through to closure.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product suite and relevant business domains to provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to maintain consistent, high quality support across all regions.
  • Prepare and validate release environments, coordinating pre-production testing and ensuring successful implementation.
