About the job
- The Client Data Referential Administration Officer’s main mission is to be in charge of Third Party and Business Group data input in Entity Referential Systems at data origination and update all along the lifecycle while being aware of the relevant actors and process responsible for providing the data
- The Client Data Referential Administration Officer will also perform Level 1 controls and corrections on Third Party & Business Group data, correct process on the entire scope of Third Party & Business Group data and be Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local actors contributing to Third Party & Business Groups data management and the RMPM team
Your Main Activities Are
- Manage the RMPM Third Parties & Business Groups Life Cycle
- Insert and update new Legal Entities and Business Groups in Entity Referentials Systems, based on their annual reviews or any triggering event
- Provide support to Client Vision and Cerise Users
- Correct Third Party data on a daily basis in Entity Referential Systems
- Correct data issues and inconsistencies arising from the RMPM central control module
- Correct data inconsistencies and discrepancies while integrating the Group reference data from the bidirectional feed
- Correct data issues arising from local and central teams
- Manage RMPM actors jurisdictions and rights locally
- Training of users to RMPM documentation and processes
- Create and review of RMPM users jurisdictions and rights
- Prepare Third Party data quality certification
- Fill in the B2 Certification asserting RMPM data quality in respect with local processes defined by the Referential Officer and the local Manager
- Providing support to Client Vision and Cerise Users
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law or any related filed
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Administrative Support
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Great organizational skills with a committed and proactive approach
- Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
